Registration Fees & How to Register
Registration fees are expressed in Euro and include VAT. Deadline for early bird and for speaker registration is December 11th, 2024.
How to register:
The registration process must be done online in your personal account and consists of three steps:
- Complete the billing data
- Select the fee you want to pay
- Review and pay the registration fee
Once the payment by credit card is complete, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
If you wish to pay by bank transfer, please follow the registration steps until “Review and pay the registration fee” in order to download a proforma invoice. Then you will be able to save the information and quit the page.

Additional information:
The fee rates are V.A.T. included. The 10% V.A.T (compulsory) will be applicable to international participants, except for
participants with a French V.A.T.
Registration fees include: attendance at all scientific
sessions, coffee breaks and welcome cocktail.
Full Registration fees include: attendance at all scientific sessions, coffee breaks, welcome cocktail and congress banquet at the Bateaux Mouches.
Lunches are not included in the registration fees. You will find a form for ordering daily lunch boxes upon the registration process (23€/each)
(*) IACM members: to apply, please submit to the Conference Secretariat a written proof (downloadable form) of being a current member of one of the National Associations affiliated to IACM.
(**) Student registration fee: full time students only. Student rate attendees must send by e-mail to the Conference Secretariat a letter from their Department Head/Chair that states that the attendee is a full time student. Payment confirmation notification will be sent to the recorded e-mail address, once your payment is processed successfully.Final acceptance is contingent upon payment of the registration fee by the presenting author during the early-bird period. This is a requirement to get the presentation included in the Conference programme.
Refund policy: Non-author registrants who cannot attend, and do not
send a substitute, will receive a refund on their registration fee with a cancellation fee of 100 Euro
if the refund request is received by december 17, 2024 . NO refund is admitted after
this date.
There will be no refund to the author registrants. In this case the paid fees can be
applied to a substitute speaker.
